Pipe Support Engineering

Projects like water and waste water treatment plants, and energy infrastructure are seeing a never ending adoption of seismic guidelines, across the country. Newer to the industry, these guidelines have dictated stronger and a more strict approach to pipe support engineering. Not to be confused with seismic bracing, pipe support occurs when a pipe is supported from below, versus from above, this is usually reserved for larger more industrial piping.

This type of engineering needs understanding that what flows through the pipe may have an effect on the design and anchorage. With Zenith's experience in both pipe and thermal stress analysis it makes us the best fit. Zenith's engineers pull from backgrounds in energy, water treatment, working on large power plant construction and retrofits, and even experience from working on oil rigs in the gulf coast.

Zenith designs pipe supports and pipelines in compliance with ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1.
