We are an HOA with several balconies. The city & state inspection requirements were due. The project made us (the board) and owners very anxious. We sought several proposals/bids. Zenith wasn’t the least expensive however what they offered was much more complete and took a lot of coordinating off our shoulders. Such as other engineering firms provided the inspection, but not a contractor to create and patch necessary inspection portals. That meant we would’ve had to find our own contractor and to synch their schedules with Zenith. It was a big relief to us not to have to do this. But apart from this benefit, the inspection was professsionally conducted and went extremely smoothly and efficiently. The final report was received within 8 weeks, but well worth the wait. It’s extremely comprehensive and organized. It was way beyond our expectations. We have now put them and Loona Construction on our list of preferred vendors. And we’re so happy to have completed the balcony inspections without a hitch.
