Formwork and Falsework
Zenith Engineer's experience in the construction fields brings a unique perspective to all things precast and cast-in-place concrete forming. Our principles come from the heavy industry, capital improvement space (dealing with various types of bridges, pedestrian, pipeline, and vehicle) and being proficient in steel, concrete, and cast-in-place finished products. Construction methodologies differ for falsework, ranging from the simple wood blocks, to the structural steel temporary structures that require their own dedicated footings. Time, safety, and economies are all in play here and we are familiar with all of them.
Formwork breeds similar techniques but for much different outcomes, many designers can design the concrete, but can neglect how it is formed in the field, Zenith has been instrumental in putting "contractor friendly" methodologies in place taking into account other bracing, temporary shoring, and existing conditions that may already be on site.
