Very responsive, courteous, and professional. I initially hired them for my home remodel project, but had to change direction due to my choice of architect (he did not have much experience working with the Town of Los Gatos, so we had to hire a local architect to help us – the new architect preferred to use a structural engineer he was more familiar with due to the high-risk nature of our remodel plans).
Zenith was also a good value proposition being reasonably priced if that is a concern for you. I hope to have a chance to work with them in the future.
